Review

This is one of the older 1/32 releases from Hasegawa, but it survived through time! The detail is pretty fine, although the panel lines are raised, they still look good. Cockpit detail is simple bet enough when build straight out of the box. You have the option the build the front and back part loose of each other so the engine will be visible. There is also a trolley for the Komet included.
There are four decal options for this kit, with painting instructions in full color.
Hasegawa has the only Komet in 1/32 around, but it is a good one. This release has enough color scheme s to choose from, with which you can create a nice little interceptor. There are some good aftermarket sets available for this kit, including decal sheets from Eagle strike, Detailset from Eduard and resin cockpit sets from CMK and Grand Phoenix Models. Although the cockpit is reasonable, a cockpit replacement would be a very good addition to this kit!
